If you like shrimp (who doesn't?) give
this a try, it's my personal favorite.
Take 2 lbs shrimp (size doesn't matter) remove
shells, de-vein, rinse, drain and set in the refrigerator to chill.
Make a marinade out of:
1 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
1 shot Tequila
1 shot Grand Manier
1 clove minced Garlic
(Alcohol will burn off in cooking but Tequila
& Grand Marnier can be left out if desired)
Marinade shrimp for 30 minutes in a closed
container in the refrigerator turning once.
Preheat the grill to medium heat (350 degrees),
place shrimp in center of grill on their sides. Cook 1-2 minutes
until shrimp just starts to turn pink, turn them over, baste quickly
with the remaining marinade, cook for about 1 more minute and remove
from grill and Enjoy
